  1. I use a similar journalling system. I find that having a space to enter in how I felt that week, and what went well, and what I will commit to doing next week is important. I am trying to steer clear from focusing only on the number on the scale. I am celebrating other victories as well…greater energy, feeling stronger, etc.

    That being said, I had a decent week. I walked every day. On Friday I walked with friends and conquered my first 10+km walk, which took just over 2 hours. Felt awesome. I knew Easter would bring major chocolate temptation. And it did..and I was unable to resist. Although I allowed myself to indulge, I walked twice to help negate some of the added calories.

    Tomorrow is the start to a new week and I plan to rock it. Beautiful weather allows more opportunity to get my daily excercise! Feeling great about the week ahead 😀
